I had a decent experience at the Beach Boutique Hotel and Spa. The staff was super helpful, especially the owner, who went above and beyond for us. However, the pool was smaller than I expected and I encountered some issues with room size and bathroom cleanliness during my stay.

Rooms
7.0
My first room on the third floor was pretty nice and spacious, but the last room was tiny with a bathroom that got really wet. Not ideal.
Service
6.0
The owner was really nice and helped me with my luggage while I traveled, which was a lifesaver. However, I was disappointed with the lack of assistance when I really needed it at checkout.
Location
9.0
I loved the hotel's location; it was just a short walk to the beach and bus stops, making it so convenient for exploring Tel Aviv.
Dining
7.0
I didn’t have the breakfast option, but I saw there were fresh local fish dishes around, which looked tempting!
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop spa pool was nice, but definitely smaller than it appears in the photos, so plan accordingly.

5.6/10

My stay at Beach Boutique Hotel And Spa was a total letdown. The location was decent since it was close to the beach, but the amenities were nowhere near what I expected from a boutique experience. The noise from the street was unbearable, and the room quality was just disappointing overall.

Rooms
5.0
I booked a suite with a hot tub, but it had no sea view and lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker and a wardrobe. It felt really cramped and uncomfortable.
Service
5.0
I didn't get any responses from management when I raised my concerns, which added to my frustration.
Location
5.0
The hotel was quite close to the beach, making it convenient for quick visits, but that was about the only positive.
Dining
5.0
There was supposedly breakfast included, but I didn't find any. I was really hoping for something more than just Danish pastries.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel really missed the mark on facilities. The whirlpool was in bad shape, and the lack of clean towels and a working shower made it worse.

My stay at the Beach Boutique Hotel was quite mixed. while the location was excellent and very close to the beach, the experience was marred by issues with the room and dining. The rooftop jacuzzi was a lovely retreat, though the service left much to be desired, especially during breakfast.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and cramped, with old bedding and a bathroom that needed serious attention. It felt more suited for a budget experience, which was disappointing.
Service
7.0
The manager was really kind and seemed to care about guest concerns, though the outsourced breakfast service was pretty unfriendly and lacked basic items.
Location
9.0
This hotel boasts a great location, just a short walk from the beach, which was one of the highlights of my stay.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't very enjoyable. the food was mediocre at best and the service was inadequate. We chose to skip it on the second day.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop jacuzzi was a nice touch for relaxation, although there were no other notable facilities like a pool or dining options available on-site.

7.2/10

My stay at the Beach Boutique Hotel and Spa by TLV Hotels was highly disappointing. The location is excellent, just a block from the beach, but the room and facilities did not meet my expectations at all. I encountered issues like a lack of an elevator, very small and poorly maintained rooms, and a non-functional spa that required me to go elsewhere.

Rooms
5.0
The Economy Double Room was extremely small, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had a messy bathroom setup with a glass partition. The cleanliness was questionable, and the linens were dirty.
Service
5.0
I noticed a significant lack of customer service. The front desk was often unattended, and the staff wasn't welcoming or responsive to concerns.
Location
5.0
The hotel's proximity to the beach was its only redeeming quality, as it's very close to the Tel Aviv Promenade and Frishman Beach.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing and served at a café down the street, with overcooked eggs that failed to impress.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking; there was no real spa on-site, and the pool was embarrassingly small and right next to a busy street.

My stay at the Beach Boutique Hotel and Spa left me feeling mixed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, but the condition of the room and facilities was a letdown. While the staff was friendly and tried their best, the overall experience was far from what I had hoped for with a 'boutique' hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small and unfortunately not very clean; I noticed dirt under the bed and a strong smell of mold throughout. The bathroom facilities were disappointing, with a broken sink that flooded the floor when I tried to wash my hands (not ideal!).
Service
5.0
The staff were attentive and did try to help when I raised issues, such as providing a slightly better room for me after I reported my concerns. However, there was no reception available at night, which made me feel uneasy at times.
Location
8.0
On the plus side, the hotel is very close to the beach, making it convenient for anyone looking to enjoy the sea. This was definitely one of the highlights of my visit.
Dining
5.0
I did enjoy some freshly squeezed juice during my stay, which was a nice touch. However, the dining options were quite limited.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities left much to be desired. The tiny rooftop jacuzzi was poorly maintained, and there were only a few dirty chairs available for use up there. Additionally, I was disappointed to find no parking available.
